Riverbend Hot Springs has a number of unique lodging choices for singles, couples, families, and groups at several different budgets and tastes. All of our overnight accommodations are non-smoking and include discounted use of the private hot springs pools and free use of our public hot springs pools.

La Casita is a cottage that offers the most privacy of any of Riverbend's accommodations. It is fully furnished with a top quality king bed and a queen bed in separate bedroom. It has hardwood laminate floors and porcelain tile throughout and is furnished with old west dressers and tables. La Casita now has it's own private yard, paved with flagstones and equipped with a grill and patio table and chairs. A full kitchen, dining room, cable TV, private yard, and full bathroom make La Casita the best option for a complete and comfortable stay.

Our newly remodeled King Suites are our most popular rooms. They are in the historical courtyard building, are the closest to the springs and feature a view of Turtleback Mountain, The Rio Grande, and our courtyard. Each has a king bed, a sitting room with leather couch, two cable TVs, and a small kitchen with breakfast bar. They feature ceramic tiled floors, backsplashes, shower, and countertops.

Our Family Rooms have two beds, perfect for families or small groups. One has two queen beds, cable TV, and a large kitchen. Another features a king bed and queen bed in separate bedrooms and a fridge, microwave, and two TVs with Cable. They comprise half of a large renovated mobile home. The third family room has a queen and full bed in separate rooms with a fridge, microwave, and two TVs with Cable. It is part of a renovated 1960s mobile home with rustic exterior.
Our two Standard Rooms are part of a renovated 1960s mobile home with a rustic exterior. They are smaller, basic rooms with a queen bed, cable TV, fridge, microwave, and a private bathroom.
The Semi-Private rooms are no longer available. Stay tuned for a new deluxe family suite, to be completed this Spring!

There are additional nightly charges for pets, children, and additional guests (beyond 2 guests). Be aware that the final charge may differ from your confirmation quote.
Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel at least 48 hours before your arrival date, or be charged for the room(s) reserved (2 night maximum charge). Cancellations must be made by phone.
Reservations on Holiday periods require you to cancel at least one week before your arrival date, or be charged for the room(s) reserved (3 night maximum charge)
Group reservations require prepayment and at least one week notice (for 3-5 rooms) or two weeks notice (for 6 or more rooms) for cancellations or room changes, or you'll be charged for the rooms reserved.
Check-in is after 2:00 PM. Early check-ins may be available pending room readiness. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late fees are charged for check-outs after 11:00 AM. Check-outs after 12:00 PM (Noon) will be charged for another night.
Public pool soaking is included with lodging during pool hours (7 AM to 10 PM) from your checkin time to 10 AM of your checkout day. Soaking after room checkout is available at discounted hourly rates. Private pools are available for hourly rental from 8 AM to 10 PM and are discounted for current lodging guests.
Late arrivals in private rooms are guaranteed on reservations held with a credit card. The office closes at 10 PM and no one is available to assist customers. For parties arriving after 10:00 PM, call the office ahead of time for directions to your room and to assure that it is unlocked for you. Parties arriving late are asked to check-in the morning after their arrival.
Housebroken dogs allowed in some rooms with a fee. Please call us for details and for permission to bring your dog. Dogs will not be allowed to stay in vehicles. All dog owners must pay the dog fee and register the dog at the front desk before being allowed on the property. Cats are not allowed at Riverbend.
Some restrictions and fees apply for children. Please call us for details and an updated quote before arriving with children.
Riverbend is non-smoking indoors and outdoors. Violators are charged at least $150/ per indoor smoking violation.
